most people think of dessert, they think of candy, ice cream or cake. But this doesnât have to be! Fruit can serve as a delightful dessert â and it will still give you a sweet punch! Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 papaya
- Banana, mango, pineapple or other fruit
- Papaya seeds
- Slice papaya in half, scoop out seeds, and put in a pestle and mortar.
- Grind the honey, lime and papaya seeds in the pestle and mortar.
- Place papaya on a plate, then add your choice of fruit. Drizzle the ground mixture on top.
