ALMOND CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken cut up
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat the chicken pieces with the coconut oil and then cover evenly with the almond flour. Meanwhile, keep the bone broth over low heat and let simmer. Place the chicken pieces in the oven and let cook.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken pieces, and place in the simmering broth. Sprinkle in the dried basil and cilantro.
  • Using a ladle, scoop the broth into bowls, and enjoy!
