BONE BROTH STEW

Ingredients

pounds
grass fed beef
cut up

tablespoons
coconut oil
1
tablespoon
paprika
2
tablespoons
mustard
5
cups
bone broth
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot, over medium heat. Add the beef and bone broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for about 3 hours.
When fully cooked, add in the mustard and paprika, stirring thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy!
