CHILI STEW

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass fed beef cut up
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot, and cook the beef over medium heat. Cook until there is no pink visible. Pour in bone broth, and sprinkle in paprika and chili powder. Simmer for 20 minutes, on low heat.
  • Melt butter into the stew, and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 20 more minutes on low heat.
  • When cooked fully, ladle stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
