CINNAMON CHILI

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pound grass fed beef
  • 1 28-ounce can chopped tomatoes with juice
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, until there is no pink.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
