In a large pot, melt the coconut oil, and pour in the bone broth. Simmer on low heat, adding in the coconut oil and butter.
After a few minutes, chop the jalapeno and add it to the pot. Add the chicken after cutting it, and then add the basil and cilantro. Mix well, and continue to let simmer.
After 5-10 minutes, ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
