EASY SOUP

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 1/2 pound turkey cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Pour broth into large pot, and simmer over low heat.
  • Mix turkey, turmeric, basil and butter into broth, stirring thoroughly.
  • Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • When ready to eat, ladle soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
