GARLIC STEAK

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 grass fed rib eye steaks
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a skillet, place the coconut oil, and cook the steaks on medium heat, for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Place them in a pan and then cook them in the oven at 250 F.
  • Meanwhile, pour the bone broth in a large pot, and simmer over low heat. Sprinkle in the parsley, dried basil, and paprika.
  • Once cooked to satisfaction, remove the steaks from the oven and place the garlic evenly on top. Serve with the bone broth and enjoy!
