OXTAIL SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pound oxtail pieces
  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the oxtail pieces and broth, and cook on a low simmer for about 45 minutes (or until done).
  • Sprinkle in garlic, allspice and basil, and mix.
  • Remove oxtail pieces with tongs. Ladle soup into bowls, and enjoy!
