OXTAIL SOUP

Ingredients

tablespoons
coconut oil

pound
oxtail pieces
2
quarts
bone broth
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1
tablespoon
allspice
1
tablespoon
dried basil
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the oxtail pieces and broth, and cook on a low simmer for about 45 minutes (or until done).
Sprinkle in garlic, allspice and basil, and mix.
Remove oxtail pieces with tongs. Ladle soup into bowls, and enjoy!
