Place butter in large pot, melting over low heat. Pour in bone broth, and simmer.
Cut up pumpkin, then remove seeds. Place in pot, and let cook. Cook time will vary, but can take up to 4 hours.
Once cooked, remove pumpkin from the pot, and let cool. Once cool, scoop the pumpkin out of the skin and puree in a blender.
Pour pureed pumpkin back into pot, and add the cinnamon. Stir thoroughly, ladle into bowls, and enjoy!
