SIMPLE CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients

  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 1 pound chicken cut up
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Simmer the bone broth in a large pot, over low heat. In a separate skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, and cook the chicken until cooked all the way through.
  • Place the chicken in the broth, and sprinkle in the parsley. After 5 minutes  of  simmering, mix in the butter.
  • Ladle the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
