SMOKING HOT CHILI

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pound grass fed beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Mix in the grass fed beef, and cook until there are no pink spots.
  • Mix in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, bone broth, chili powder, and curry powder.
  • Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Then ladle into bowls, and enjoy!
