SMOKING HOT CHILI

Ingredients

coconut oil

pound
grass fed beef
1
can diced tomatoes
1
cans tomato sauce
1
quart
bone broth
2
tablespoons
chili powder
1
teaspoon
curry powder
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Mix in the grass fed beef, and cook until there are no pink spots.
Mix in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, bone broth, chili powder, and curry powder.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Then ladle into bowls, and enjoy!
