SWISS CHARD SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 cups Swiss chard
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Pour bone broth into large pot, and keep over low heat, simmering. Sprinkle in basil and turmeric.
  • After a few minutes mix in butter, and then the Swiss chard. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Scoop out soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
