TEMPTING BEEF STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds grass fed beef cut up
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 5 strips orange zest
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Place butter in large pot, melting over low heat. Place grass fed beef in pot, and let cook on medium heat, until no longer pink. Pour in bone broth, and simmer on low heat.
  • Mix in tomato paste, and dried basil. Stir thoroughly.
  • Add in chili powder, and orange zest. Let simmer until desired thickness is achieved. Ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
