TURNIP STEW

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds lamb neck cut up
  • 5 turnips peeled and cut
  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Cook, covered, until the lamb is very tender (this could be a few hours).
  • To serve, lift out of the pot, place stew in bowls, and enjoy!
