TURNIP STEW

Ingredients

pounds
lamb neck
cut up
5
turnips
peeled and cut
5
cups
bone broth
1
tablespoon
dried basil
1
tablespoon
paprika
4
tablespoons
grass fed butter
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook, covered, until the lamb is very tender (this could be a few hours).
To serve, lift out of the pot, place stew in bowls, and enjoy!
