TURNIP AND TURKEY STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 8 turnips peeled and shredded
  • 2 celery sticks sliced
  • 2 cups turkey chopped and cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • In a large pot, pour in the broth, and heat on low. Add in the turnips, celery and turkey. Stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Now mix in the butter, turmeric and cilantro. Stir, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
