TURKEY BONE BROTH STIR FRY

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey cut up
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Pour bone broth into large pan. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt coconut oil in a large skillet, over medium heat. Add the turkey, and cook thoroughly. Add in allspice, then let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour small amount of broth over the turkey, serve the rest of the broth into bowls, and enjoy!
