STUFFED PEPPER SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 pound grass-fed beef
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup mixed peppers chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Coat large pot with the grass-fed butter, then add all ingredients, over low to medium heat.
  • Cook for 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
