SIMPLE OYSTER STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 5 dozen oysters in liquid
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 8 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 can coconut milk optional
  • Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except oysters) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 30 minutes.
  • Add in oysters, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove and test an oyster, to see if it is to your desired consistency. You do not want to overcook the oysters.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
