PORK BROTH SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds pork backbones cut up
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 10 cups bone broth
  • *Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot. Add in the pork backbones, and cook until darkened.
  • Pour in the bone broth, and then sprinkle in allspice and chili powder. Let simmer, on low heat, for 30 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
