Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 3 pounds fish cut up
  • 2 pounds clams
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes or less, to taste
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Scoop coconut oil into a large pot, and place over low heat. Pour in bone broth. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes and parsley. Stir thoroughly.
  • Mix in butter, and then the fish. Stir and let simmer. Before serving, place clams over the top of the soup, cover, and simmer until the clams are open.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
