HAMBURGER SOUP

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound grass-fed beef
  • 2 cups celery chopped
  • 2 cups carrots chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Brown the grass-fed beef on the stovetop, with the coconut oil coating the pan. When browned, add all ingredients to a large pot, over low to medium heat.
  • Cook for 60-90 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
