HAM AND VEGETABLE STEW

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ham sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 10 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 12 cups bone broth
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Melt butter in large pot. Cook ham, then add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 45 to 60 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
