GOLDEN STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 4 carrots peeled and grated
  • 4 cups kale
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • In a large pot, pour in the bone broth, simmering on low heat. Slowly mix in the butter and kale.
  • After 10 minutes of simmering, sprinkle in the basil, garlic powder, turmeric and carrots. Simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  • When ready, ladle stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
