HEARTY BONE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of mixed bones
  • 6 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 carrots chopped

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
  • Cover completely with water. Cook on low.
  • After 24 hours of cooking, strain the broth, and place into containers, after cooling.
