CLAM SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds clams
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 12 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Pour butter into a large pot, and melt over low heat. Add in all ingredients (except clams), and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Add clams on top of the broth, then cover. Cook on low, until the clams open.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
