CLAM SOUP

clams

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1/2
teaspoon
basil
1/2
teaspoon
thyme
1/4
teaspoon
rosemary

quarts
bone broth
12
tablespoons
grass-fed butter
Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Pour butter into a large pot, and melt over low heat. Add in all ingredients (except clams), and cook for 30 minutes.
Add clams on top of the broth, then cover. Cook on low, until the clams open.
Serve, and enjoy!
