CINNAMON BONE BROTH CHILI

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef 2 28-ounce cans chopped tomatoes with juice
  • 12 cups bone broth 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, until there is no pink.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
