28-ounce cans chopped tomatoes with juice

dried oregano

Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook, until there is no pink.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
