EASY BONE BROTH SOUP

Ingredients

grass-fed beef
cut up

tablespoons
coconut oil
1/4
teaspoon
allspice
1
tablespoon
mustard

cups
bone broth
Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot, over medium heat. Add the beef and bone broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for about 6 hours.
When fully cooked, add in in the mustard and allspice, stirring thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy!
