EASY BONE BROTH SOUP

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds grass-fed beef cut up
  • 8 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 10 cups bone broth
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot, over medium heat. Add the beef and bone broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for about 6 hours.
  • When fully cooked, add in in the mustard and allspice, stirring thoroughly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
