CHILI SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef cut up
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil 10 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 12 cups bone broth 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot, and cook the beef over medium heat. Cook thoroughly. Pour in bone broth, then add allspice and chili powder. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Melt butter into the soup, and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
