BONE BROTH CHILI BEEF RIBS

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds bone-in beef short ribs
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil 10 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 10 cups bone broth 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the coconut oil, and then drop in the ribs. Cook over medium heat.
  • Pour in bone broth. Stir in butter, and sprinkle in red pepper flakes and basil. Cook for an hour, or until ribs are tender.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
