BANANA PUMPKIN PROTEIN SHAKE
Ingredients

bone broth

scoop whey protein powder

cup
pumpkin puree

banana

tablespoon
MCT oil

water

teaspoon
nutmeg
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend on medium power, until achieving desired consistency.
Pour into glass (or shaker cup) - and enjoy!
