BONE BROTH BROCCOLI SOUP

Ingredients

  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 2 bunches broccoli chopped
  • 8 ounces spinach
  • 4 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Melt grass-fed butter in large pot, then add broccoli and broth. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
  • Drop in the spinach, and let cook briefly.
  • Transfer soup to a blender, and blend until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste, serve, and enjoy!
