COCONUT STEW

Ingredients

  • 4 quarts bone broth
  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil 2 jalapenos chopped 4 cups cooked turkey, cut up
  • 1 can coconut milk 2 tablespoons dried basil 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 teaspoons cilantro
  • Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil, in a large pot, and then pour in bone broth. Simmer, adding in the coconut milk and butter.
  • After a few minutes, add the jalapeno, turkey, basil and cilantro. Let simmer, for 10-20 minutes.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
