CLASSIC PUMPKIN STEW
Ingredients
2
quarts
bone broth
4
cups
pumpkin puree
1/2
can coconut milk
1/2
teaspoon
parsley
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
or more, to taste
Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Add all ingredients (except coconut milk) into a large pot, and cook over low heat, for 40 minutes.
Puree in small batches, in a blender. Return to pot.
Cook on low, for 20 minutes, then stir in coconut milk.
Serve, and enjoy!
