BROCCOLI AND HAM BONE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ham steak trimmed, cut up
  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 cups broccoli cut up
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • 1/2 cup Brazil nuts
  • *Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables

Instructions

  • Cook the ham in skillet, with the grass-fed butter, over medium heat.
  • Add the broccoli and cook for 8 minutes. Transfer to a large pot, over low heat.
  • Add chili powder and bone broth, and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, then add Brazil nuts.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
