BREAKFAST BONE BROTH

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • 2 pounds grass-fed beef cut up
  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large pot, and cook the beef thoroughly.
  • Remove beef, and place on a plate. Pour bone broth and other remaining ingredients into the pot. Simmer on low, for 20 minutes.
  • Pour small amount of mixture over beef, and the rest into a bowl, and storage containers.
