CAULIFLOWER SOUP
Ingredients

heads cauliflower
cut up
8
cups
bone broth
4
celery stalks
cut up
1
can coconut milk
4
tablespoons
coconut oil
1/2
teaspoon
basil
1/4
teaspoon
parsley
1/4
teaspoon
rosemary
1/2
teaspoon
chili powder
*Add your favorite spices, herbs, and vegetables
Instructions
Add coconut oil to a large pot, over low to medium heat. Then add all other ingredients, once coconut oil is melted.
Cook for 30-45 minutes. Ladle soup into blender in small batches, and puree until desired consistency.
Serve, and enjoy!
