ARUGULA STEW

grass fed beef
cut up

coconut oil

tablespoon
paprika

nutmeg

arugula

cups
bone broth
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and bone broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
When fully cooked, add in in the nutmeg, paprika, and arugula. Stir thoroughly.
Serve and enjoy!
