ARUGULA STEW

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds grass fed beef cut up
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 6 cups bone broth
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs, and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and bone broth. Bring to a boil, then let simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
  • When fully cooked, add in in the nutmeg, paprika, and arugula. Stir thoroughly.
  • Serve and enjoy!
