BONE BROTH BEEF RIBS

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds bone-in beef short ribs
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 5 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the coconut oil, and then drop in the ribs. Cook over medium heat.
  • Pour in bone broth. Stir in butter, and sprinkle in chili powder and basil. Cook for an hour, or until ribs are tender.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
