BROTH AND CHUCK

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds bone-in chuck
  • 7 cups bone broth
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Pour the bone broth in a slow cooker. Once done, place the meat in the cooker as well. Let the meat cook for 5-7 hours, on low heat.
  • When you are about to remove the meat from the slow cooker, add in the paprika, cilantro and coconut oil. Mix thoroughly into the bone broth, adding in the butter as well.
  • Remove all meat from the slow cooker, let cool, and then remove the meat from the bones. Place the meat on a plate, and serve with the bone broth!
