CAULIFLOWER CHILI

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 pound grass fed beef
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 pound cauliflower
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Melt the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until there is no pink.
  • Add the broth, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, and cauliflower. Cook for 30 minutes-1 hour on low, allowing chili to simmer.
  • When fully cooked, serve, and enjoy!
