CHILE SOUP

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 red chile seeded and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cut up
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the butter, and then pour in the broth, letting it simmer over low heat. Add in the red chile, chili powder, and cilantro. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the chicken, and mix thoroughly. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then ladle into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
