CLAM STEW

Servings: 8 people

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 1 pound clams
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt coconut oil over low heat. Pour in bone broth. Sprinkle in chili powder. Stir thoroughly.
  • Mix in butter, stir and let simmer. Before serving, place clams over the top of the stew, cover, and simmer until the clams are open.
  • Ladle stew into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
