CRAB STEW

Servings: 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Put the crabmeat in a slow cooker. Pour in the bone broth and add the butter.
  • Sprinkle in the basil and chili powder. Simmer until the crab is cooked (this may take about 2 hours).
  • Pour the stew into bowls.
  • Add your favorite herbs and spices, and enjoy!
