EXTRA SPICY SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 3 quarts bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 pounds spinach chopped
  • 2 cups chicken chopped
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Warm the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the bone broth, and simmer for 5- 10 minutes. Add in the chili powder, curry powder, spinach, allspice and cilantro. Let simmer.
  • In a separate skillet, cook the chicken over mediumĀ heat, using a little coconut oil to grease the skillet.
  • Once cooked, take the chicken and place gently inĀ the broth. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Ladle the soup out of the pot, serve, and enjoy!
