Warm the coconut oil in a large pot. Add the bone broth, and simmer for 5- 10 minutes. Add in the chili powder, curry powder, spinach, allspice and cilantro. Let simmer.
In a separate skillet, cook the chicken over mediumĀ heat, using a little coconut oil to grease the skillet.
Once cooked, take the chicken and place gently inĀ the broth. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Ladle the soup out of the pot, serve, and enjoy!
