In a skillet, place the coconut oil, and cook the steaks on medium heat, for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Place them in a pan and then cook them in the oven at 250 F.
Meanwhile, pour the bone broth in a large pot, and simmer over low heat. Sprinkle in the parsley, dried basil, and paprika.
Once cooked to satisfaction, remove the steaks from the oven and place the garlic evenly on top. Serve with the bone broth and enjoy!
