GINGER SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 quart bone broth
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 4 stalks celery cut thinly
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot over low heat, let the broth simmer. Slowly pour in coconut milk. Then add ginger, allspice and celery. Stir until mixture is consistent.
  • After 10-20 minutes, remove from heat, ladle into bowls and enjoy!
