GINGER SOUP

Ingredients

quart
bone broth
1
can coconut milk
2
tablespoons
ginger
1
tablespoon
allspice
4
stalks celery
cut thinly
*Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices
Instructions
In a large pot over low heat, let the broth simmer. Slowly pour in coconut milk. Then add ginger, allspice and celery. Stir until mixture is consistent.
After 10-20 minutes, remove from heat, ladle into bowls and enjoy!
