GRASS FED BROTH WITH CLOVES

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds grass fed beef
  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the grass fed beef, and cook until no longer pink.
  • Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and let simmer on low heat.
  • After 5-10 minutes, sprinkle in cloves, paprika and allspice. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • When ready to eat, ladle out broth into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
