GOLDEN SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts bone broth
  • 4 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • In a large pot, pour in the bone broth, simmering on low heat. Slowly mix in the butter and spinach.
  • After 5 minutes of simmering, sprinkle in the basil, garlic powder, turmeric and carrots. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • When ready, ladle soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
