LAMB STEW

Ingredients

  • 5 lamb shanks
  • 7 cups bone broth
  • 2 tablespoons dried  basil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 5 tablespoons grass fed butter
  • *Add your favorite vegetables, herbs and spices

Instructions

  • Put the lamb shanks in a slow cooker. Pour in the bone broth and add the butter.
  • Simmer until the lamb is very tender (this could be up to 5 hours).
  • Remove the shanks from the slow cooker, take the meat off the bone, and place the meat in bowls. Add the basil and chili powder.
  • Add your favorite herbs and spices, and enjoy!
